SiYoon Kim is a photographer based in LA. Drawing from his previous works and the styles he has mastered over time, he creates diverse works while maintaining his unique artistic vision. His annual project, “Smile, Pierrot,” now in its third series, is a fully self-produced endeavor where he handles all aspects, including the photoshoot, makeup, hair, editing, and props. Through recent collaborations with friends and employers, he has gained extensive experience with lighting techniques and products, allowing him to create both indoor and outdoor portraits. He is also expanding his portfolio by exploring various types of photography, such as product, architecture, street, and AI-generated images, to discover new interests and refine his skills.
